Why can't I see Apple Pay at checkout?
Apple Pay is only available when using Safari on an Apple device (iPhone, iPad, or Mac). Additionally, you'll need to have a card set up in your Apple Wallet to use Apple Pay at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary based on location and shipping method. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, while express options are available at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the continental United States. We do not offer international shipping.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to keep an eye on your delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Please note that all sales on custom and personalized orders are final.
Can I exchange an item?
We do offer exchanges on eligible items. To qualify, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned within 14 days of delivery. Please note that personalized and custom items that have already been created are not eligible for exchange. To request an exchange, contact us with your order number and we'll be happy to help.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We're so sorry if your order arrived damaged! Please reach out to us through our contact page and we'll provide further instructions on how to make it right. You must reach out within 5 business days of receipt.
